The KWIC PAY platform provides only digital services. All services offered are delivered digitally and processed in real-time. No physical delivery or shipping is applicable.

Cancellation

You cannot cancel an order once it is in SUCCESS status. Cancellations are only possible while the option is still visible on the Website/App.

Refund Policies

Returned items must be in original condition with all tags intact.

Once inspected, KWIC PAY will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

When will your refund be processed?

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 days. Please allow up to 14 days for internal processing.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited via the same method used for the original payment.
